Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Orders & Payments
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of taxes. We currently accept Cash on Delivery. Orders are subject to product availability and delivery to your pincode.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are processed to your original payment method or ENKAY Wallet within 5–7 business days.
Wallet & Rewards
Wallet credits and reward points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of ENKAY Perfumes. We reserve the right to modify or expire promotional credits.
